Practical preparation for assembling, placing and caring for pet furniture and habitats.
Before assembly
Check the SKU, component list and full instructions. Lay out parts in a clear area and confirm the intended installation location before tightening fittings. Large structures may require help from another adult.
For indoor furniture
Check door clearance, floor protection and any anti-tip or wall-fixing instructions. Keep access to trays, covers and removable components available after placement.
For outdoor structures
Review surface preparation, anchoring, drainage and weather limitations in the instructions. Inspect joints and closures regularly, especially after weather changes or moving the structure.
For cleaning
Follow the instructions for each component. A removable cover is not automatically machine-washable, and a weather-resistant finish does not establish that pressure washing or soaking is appropriate.
When something is unclear
Use the product-specific FAQ and listed specifications to prepare your question, then contact support with the SKU. Do not substitute guessed hardware or modify a safety-critical component without suitable guidance.
